darask, the individual operator, handles public GitHub Issues.
Open TWA Revival support Issues. Anyone can read them. Posting requires a GitHub account; Japanese, English and Russian are welcome.
Do not post passwords, authentication codes, session tokens, email addresses, Epic identifiers or raw logs. For account access, correction or deletion, state only what you are asking for in the first post. We will explain the identity-check process separately.
Report a problem
Include what you know from the following list. Leave out anything you cannot determine.
- Launcher and game versions, Windows version and GPU.
- When it happened, including time zone.
- Whether you played solo or in a party; the map and battle rules if known.
- What you did, what you expected and what actually happened.
- If loading stalled, the percentage shown and how long it stayed there.
- Any on-screen error code or connection-port message, as displayed.
Check screenshots for visible player names and personal information before attaching them. You do not need to attach a full raw log bundle to a public Issue.
Account-data requests
Start with a request such as “I want to see my account information” or “I want to discuss deletion.” A public post alone does not complete identity verification or deletion.
