darask operates TWA Revival as an individual. This notice covers sign-in, profiles, battles, friends and parties. Contact us through the support page.
Information and purposes
- Epic Online Services product user identifier and authentication result: sign-in and identity checks.
- Display name, profile, commander, units and battle results: in-game display and continued play.
- Friends, parties, online status and ready state: social play.
- Matchmaking, joining, battle actions and results: battle synchronization, reconnecting and result checks.
- Source IP address, client version, connection and error data: troubleshooting and abuse response.
- Information you put in a support request: responding to that request.
Epic authentication
You enter your Epic password on Epic's own screen. TWA Revival does not receive that password. It checks the authentication result and manages the game's sign-in state. Access to Epic friends and Epic presence is not enabled.
Visibility to other players
Your display name and participation information appear in the game during battles. Friends and party members see the presence, readiness and lineup information needed for those features.
Match history and results browsing
Recorded matches from this update onward can be viewed on the results page. Stored details include battle rules (territory or annihilation), matchmaking or private-room origin, map, result and known decision reason, end time, reported kills and damage, the commander, unit lineup, skills and ability tree at the time, and reported client and server versions. Unavailable values and reasons remain unknown. This is not a recording of every command or a video replay. Matches predating recording cannot be reconstructed.
History is linked to the Epic product user identifier and retained without a fixed deletion deadline. Public views mask player names. A player signed in through Epic can see their own history and name; authorized service administrators can see all in-game names. Public views do not expose Epic identifiers or authentication tokens.
Website sign-in uses a protected, website-only cookie for up to one hour. Epic identity is verified server-side without changing game sessions. Signing out deletes the results-site cookies from this browser.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Authentication-session expiry differs from the retention period for profiles and battle results. To ask about access, correction or deletion of account information, follow the support instructions. A public Issue or a display name alone does not establish identity. Automated deletion requests are not provided.
